The purpose of this Syndicated Fund is to invest in companies that offer exclusive wine and heritage experiences
The Wine Experience
The investment will create 12 suites in the palace and 6 apartments in the Alentejo-style farmhouse.
The ground floor of the winery will house a Wine Experiences Centre, featuring a Private Investors Clube, wine cellar, lounge and dining room.
On the top floor, 3 large suites will be added. Guests are invited to embrace an immersive, luxury lifestyle.
Exclusive Benefits
DA GAMA subscribers are offered a 7 days week at the Wine Estate with access to exclusive Wine Experiences, such as harvest participation, guided tastings, grape treading, and custom blending sessions. Members will also receive 100 personalized bottles per year and have access to the private investors' club.
Hospitality Experience
Subscribers are entitled to one complimentary one-week stay per year at any EDITORY COLLECTION hotel in Portugal, including Madeira and the Azores. DA GAMA will invest in companies developing hotel units that will integrate the EDITORY brand, part of the Sonae group, Portugal’s largest private company. A total of five units are planned, with two already under construction.

Investors in the Fund are entitled to a target return of over 6% IRR, with 60% of profits allocated to investors (LPs) , above a hurdle rate of 3%.
Additionally, investors are entitled to enjoy 7 days per year at any of the EDITORY COLLECTION Hotels during their participation in the Program ARI.
