The Fund aims to invest in small and medium-sized companies dedicated to the development of affordable housing projects in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, supporting their capitalisation and growth through the acquisition of equity interests.
The participation of Invest Madeira and the Madeira Institute for Business Development ("IDE") ensures a close connection to the Region’s economic ecosystem and to its economic and housing development priorities.
The Investment Committee will be chaired by Ambassador António Martins da Cruz, whose distinguished national and international profile strengthens the Committee’s independence, credibility, and institutional reach.
The representation of the Madeiran diaspora strengthens the Fund’s connection to Madeiran communities and reinforces its capacity to mobilise commercial, institutional and financial networks.
